I wonder if it is an adviser who has say 20 or 30 clients, did his or her numbers, and that are the allocation for each client. But thats crazy. Some clients get filled first and others dont. I've heard of cheap skate advisers doing it themselves and screwing their clients who get in at the higher price when their orders dont get filled and the price moves. better to pay the money and take vwap. certainly is a bit odd
