Well, BTR have been spending a lot of their cash on a continued drilling programme which is to inform the DFS for Kitumba. We are yet to see any recent news or results from the drilling campaign and the only announcements relate to the IAU merger.

Who does the IAU/BTR merger benefit the most? Why?
Why should BTR holders believe the hype that the IAU cash will benefit BTR? Of course it will benefit the new BTR/IAU entity, but it reduces value to the shareholders.
What will it take for the new BTR/IAU entity to now hit $2 per share again? Bearing in mind that there will be more than twice as many shares on issue. What is the likely timeframe for that to happen?
What happens if the shareholders of BTR vote NO to the merger?
Are the drilling results being held back from the holders on purpose, prior to the merger? Is that legal??
