ps - 58c is key resistance and we need to spend a bit of time here to build a new base, for the trend to continue. Very happy for the 58c to be broken thru once today, but we don't need to close above to keep the current trend intact. The impending income alone will keep the trend alive.
What we can all talk about now, is what is a fair capitalisation for BTR. I'll start - 250 Million? That's $2.05 per share...............IMO
