Absolute rubbish - VCR were compelled to inform the market.

In all probability VCR announced as soon as they were able to - the timing was never going to be fortuitous and to say that there is a hidden agenda is just total nonsense and unfounded.

Also, now that there are fewer coy's in the market, i.e. Heartware will be part of Thoratec, the dynamics of the current (and future) market for VLADs has changed - possibly to VCR advantage.
