BTV has invested $2.1 in WME via converible notes.

BTV has the right to convert the convertible notes into 30 million ordinary fully paid shares in WME with a conversion price of 7 cents per share.

WME is currently trading at 16 cents per share which puts the current value of that investment at $4.80m a current increase of $2.7m on investment.

The current BTV share price is undervaluing everything that BTV has at the moment.
