One of 2 options it seems. BTV (apparently a bunch of crooks) have sold down a few days ago for either:
(1) aware that Chinese JV (after current Due Diligence) is NOT going to proceed and therefore they are exiting portion of THR stock at near all time high - would seem strange on further reflection as would look pretty obvious for Inside Trading etc as at least one Director sits on both boards.
(2) Being a bunch of crooks they are trying to drive down the share price for personal gain perhaps knowing that the Joint venture and drilling etc are on track. By spooking the market the price comes right off the boil and a massive amt of shares have changed hands today - for every seller today there aer buyers. Just wonder if F&F of BTV are buying up big...........
