In other circumstances that would be good news and lead to share price rises, but there have been quite a lot of unfulfilled 'almost there' type of projects that haven't gotten across the line so I imagine that wont have a lot of impact. I'm not doubting they are real and contracts have to start somewhere of course, but they need to get some commitments happening to start to restore confidence in the company as a going concern..
