There is enough information available around the place to make a decent stab at what he'll make out of the deal.
There are many companies that create real flash looking presentations to sell the business they are taking over. I often feel like they decided they were going to buy a company for the sake of it at any price and think they can cover their poor logic with a shiny presentation.

The difficulty i see with actually seeing the numbers for the business is that Dicker plans to integrate the business under his banners and systems. Dicker has a history of doing things differently but making more margin. So, Do you use the margin they currently make to estimate future earnings? or do you assume they are like iinet and will convert the companies margins to be like their own? The assumptions you make determine how much information you need and I'm happy I have enough information to make a decent guess.

If he doesn't publish the information for the whole world to see but you can spend some time and work it out then doesn't this bode well for you as a private investor and afford you a slight competitive advantage?

Great investments need work to find. Good investments are more obvious and the terrible ones are shoved down your nose in 5hr torture / "investment seminar" sessions.

Personally, I feel like the share price would be higher if they spelt out all the details.
