there is no application process to manage until the company finalises the CNCA manufacturing partner strategy..........either (1, quickest and cehapest) buy a slot (with a take or pay volume, or some variation of that), (2. more expensive) buy a CNCA factory, or (3. - longest, most costly and highest risk) take the investment and time to expand the processes and infrastructure at the milk powder (NOT infant formula) CNCA plant.
and i would have assumed under "ongoing discoosure rules" the company will have to announce their chosen path when they make that decision.
