MMMM. Cost aside, the 12-18months plant upgrade + IF CNCA application + CFDA application = timeframe that BUB cannot afford.
I googled Nulac's plant and the only pic found is below. Do you think this will compliance to IF CNCA standard? If not then BUB's only solution is another CR to buy a slot/share in a plant that is IF CNCA certified before the end of 2018 IF CFDA deadline.
