If that is the case, then bubs could use another one slot, leaving one available. Noting there is Hongkongese guy's firm (Jessica Rudd's husband) holding 7% stake of bubs. In term of relationships, he may know the founder of Mason financial holding group. Then it makes sense at all. Therefore, bubs doesnt need to hold % stake of B&P.
