Found this:
In 2011-12, Australian goat milk production was 8 million litres with a gross value exceeding $AU311 million. As at 2011-12, there were approximately 63 dairy goat farms and 15 goat milk factories in Australia. A large portion of the dairy goat farms process their own milk and supply direct to wholesalers.
Anyone find more recent figures?
