WHA does NOT have a CFDA application yet for goat milk........they have announced they WILL be making application.......who know when.
what do you mean "place of manufacturer is not needed"? What are the 20 or so licences you are talking about?
the rules and requirements for CFDA have not changed in almost 2 years.......so not sure what you talking about here........
