Anyone who thinks that foreign firms can make abnormal margins (or even just healthy margins) in China does not understand the Chinese market at all. You can do it for a couple of quarters, till the tap is closed and you crash down. It provides trading opportunities but many make the mistake of turning a trade into an investment. Or worse, jumping into a stock that has gone up 6-7x in 2 months to make the last 10-20%. We all know how that ends.
