Yep, Brendan. samr is the key. JV with Beingmate is conditional and has a lot convants binded. This 10-year jv can be cancelled if Beingmate breaches some restraints. I wonder if Beingmate is helping Deloraine to get samr coz beingmate has much experience in obtaining samr approval. But a stable relationship also matters. Hope beingmate can operate well too. I have strong faith in Bubs, hope month-end quarry report can make us happy. LoL
