I don't know what was preloaded and if you read the announcements it is stated by BUB's that there will be a material effect from Coles and Woolworths, Baby bunting and increased sales to Vietnam for Q4. So, I am at a loss as to your assertions of preloading of sales into Q3 scheduled for Q4. I am not an accountant however, I would expect that you cannot preload expected sales and claim the sale into your reporting quarter when the sale has not been completed, other wise you are in breach of ASIC rules and I suspect the ATO and that is not where a business wants to position itself. Coupled with this is the misreporting by BUB's in their announcements as I have noted above. Again, ASIC would take great interest in misleading statements.
Clearly, you are obviously closer to the management of Bub's than me by stating with such confidence of what has been preloaded in Q3. How do you know this as this would be highly confidential and market sensitive?
