This is what I believe is happening too. The market is by nature unpredictable. If it's so easy to predict, everyone would be a millionaire. The alarm bells put out by analysts and fund managers seem a bit overdone. they all have their own agenda - there must be something that they try to achieve with everything they put out to the public (for free). Fact is - reserve banks have been printing huge amounts of money since COVID started, this would naturally drive inflation up due to the huge amount of cash flooding the economy. With all these dumping of stocks, those cash would have to be parked somewhere, and they won't stay in cash forever. Capital would have to be redeployed eventually. whether it be real estate, the stock market, crypto, gold or commodities etc. With the USD being so strong, it's just a matter of time before the wolf pack goes back into the market to buy everything at deep discounts. At that point, they'd be putting out bullish stories again to drive up prices, the cycle continues.
