Not tight tbh, wha is in a dif league, bubs light weight at best. A2ms heavy, while bal and wha is both medium. Bal might be 7 times of wha size but wha is based on an extremely solid foundation, partner with large corporations in hk, the proximity and connections they have is extremely strong.
Bubs already super far behind the certify race, they need to realise without it or any delays would mean the end of them.
