8mil earning over next 3 quarters/ 226 mil shares = .034
Share price $1/ .034 = pe 34
Now I’m assuming no growth in earnings and I haven’t taken into account debt so could be higher pe. Very rough calcs.
Now let’s assume Bub doubles earnings to 4 mil a quarter and the share price stays at $1
14 mil/ 226 mil shares = .061
$1/.061 = pe 16
Share price rises to $1.5 , earning stay 14 mil, pe 24
Share price to $2, earnings 14, pe 32
Someone correct me if I screwed this up.
