It's binary in value like i've said either with the CFDA or without... So in the meantime traders/investors can price the stock anywhere they like till then. So you can talk it down all you like but if the CFDA comes through then good luck with your 25 cents!
You can't tell someone their valuation is rubbish on binary options. It depends on what probability you give it and then some. With a CFDA this stock could triple purely due to factoring in FY19/20/21/22 sales. Again you can say it's rubbish but markets inherently are there to factor the future in, how much factoring you want to do will determine your price but not the market price. GL all
