MrMark, from what I have gathered, for Nulac to obtain CNCA IF then launch CFDA IF on BUB's behalf can be a long tedious process. With your advised timeframe of each process, BUB may not be able to achieve Q3/Q4 2018 as per AGM announcement, additional to already many CNCA approved factories in AUS and NZ so to approve another may not be on China's priority list.
Seems like the fastest way for BUB to obtain CFDA in the AGM's time frame is to secure a slot with a factory with CNCA approval.
My wonder is like WHA whom has bought 5% share in a factory with CNCA to secure themselves a spot, BUB might have to do another CR if WHA's strategy is to replicate?
