I have posted below in A2m & KTD forum, but now on BUB since I hold also BUB. The post was a response to a comment by another poste on A2Mr:
I agreed. Alternatively the Chinese can also achieve 60%/40% rule in term of dollars values by become major shares holders of foreign IF companies (A2M, Bub, KTD, etc....) who produce green, clean and A2 only (from premium brand like A2M) milk in Australia & New Zealand, then send IF back to China. Profit from sales will be shared amongst Chinese shares holders, hence money (profits) will be sent back to China. SM1 and Bub (C2 supported by Jack Ma become major share holder) area classic examples.
There are many roads lead to Rome.
That is the reason why I privately think it was positive news for company like A2M (also KTD & BUB) when the Chinese 60%/40% rule came out.
Additionally, I personally do NOT think C2 ( supported by Alibaba - Jack Ma) putting millions of dollars into BUB for a lost....once may need to think outside of the square and be courageous to take risk to achieve the main goal in investment.
All IMHO.....
