I may have read the announcement incorrectly, as it appears a little ambiguous however they indicate they are raising $5m by SPP, if the case and you are correct with SH only getting about $2k worth of SPP shares, one would assume that is not going to be a bad thing for the share price with those who did not get their fill, having to buy on-market.
Only sorry I bought after the record date, still better to hold at a higher price than not at all
