To show this fact is that the Aust total goat IF market is only $100m. as BUB can not sell into China at this point they are restricted with their growth. Although the aust market is growing, in dollar terms it’s slow. Even if they win 100% marketshare, which is not possible , it would give GM of $32m only and a NPAT of about $10m. that a PE of 20 or so with 100% market share. with 50% markets share a PE of 40 with little growth possible. New competition will dilute this. Therefore a LT , SP of sub 40 cents is more likely than $1. IMO
