Everyone can send an email to the company.
However, the response is usually generalized and standardized, as the company tried not to give sensitive or new information to anyone, they should publish any sensitive and new information via ASX.
To assess a company, it's better off going through all ASX company announcements, additional company related information and the sector/industry information by doing own research.
