I'm 28 and have been following property for the past 5 years. Didn't need to rush in. I've saved a packet, have zero debt, and have been closely following the market. By investing a large portion in the share market over this time I've learned a fair bit about markets. For any investment, the easiest concept is to buy at a good price, or a make a good entry. How one can make a good entry at this present time is beyond me.
By the way, I almost purchased about 1 year ago, glad I didn't.
