Balwyn, & Hawthorn are specialy suburbs, they do not represent the whole australian housing average. These are suburbs for the rich Aussie (mostly whites live there..... But not Waldo type). Just like Bentley, its a special car for the rich Aussie & do not represent average cars. Therefore, no bubble in Balwyn.
