I have been hearing this stuff for at least 3-years and just like the boy who cried wolf, no-one from the 80% rule is listening anymore. Everyone has realised/unrealised profits from realestate and are feeling rich, now is the time to rotate out of property and into the booming share-market right in time for the impending economic recovery everyone has been so kind to inform us about.. boom times ahead.
