kingy, I cant defend/or deny these figures straight away, but I'll E M a mate of mine who specializes in foreclosures & reports, comparing the records of each trading bank... he's not permitted to give out what he compiles for his bank (employer), but he should be able to give some %'s of all mortgages that are in arrears....
so not willing to critisize these fitch ratings agency figs, but, my intuition tells me they are un mitigated crap... cos SA nos on foreclosures are staggering YTD this calendar year
Tc was lookin for these for (not to be confused) stress factor %'s on Aus mortgages re the BBC article - thread yesterday...
