The band has left the stage and the roadies are packing up. A few stragglers mingle outside the venue reliving the gig and the inebriated fumble with their car keys in some vain hope they can drive home while boys and girls still negotiate those last minute attempts to think sex is still hopeful as girls giggle forward in their high heels and little black dresses tripping over the kerb. Those were the days. No harm was done and we had a great night. The songs tonight ranged from the terrible to the terrific and I think feelthy rock n roll is alive if not in real world but in our captured moments that stay with us forever, or at least until Alzheimers kicks in.
