I cant think of any reason why you could possibly be happy with giving away half of your company...you're holding is going to be diluted right...?
BTW ... daily, weekly, monthly or any other fluctuation doesnt worry me either.......having the company diluted into oblivion time and again for no apparent reason DOES worry me
