Tightly held, principal directors hold 40% +. They made a share placement to "sophs" a few months ago, (@ 0.22, which was a slight premium at the time, but came with 1 for 5 options - strike @0.22, July 2014 - as sweetener) and following a brief retrace thereafter have been creeping ever upward since.

Always some reassurance to see a loaded buy/sell queue:
"9 buyers for 526,410 units 4 sellers for 65,888 units"

(Most buyers in the 0.23 + range).

Closed today @ 0.28.

There was a chairman's address to the recent AGM, to give the holders something to feel warm and fuzzy about.

Anyone have any thoughts?
