You're looking at cash receipts, how much hasn't been paid, or billed yet?
In my experience which may not mean shit here (different industry), we had in excess of 1m of product at one point ready for dispatch, our wholesale business billed retailers on delivery and were paid 60-90days on average which I'm betting may be the the case here... The bigger the suppliers the longer then want in terms...
I understand there would be frustration with progress, but to me its very obvious this is dropping on panic.
I currently hold at a loss and have no issue with it either way as i'm holding long and see far more potential then risk - lower it gets the more I can buy and average down.
