For what's its worth ( and hopefully for the peace of mind of the nervous, which BTW I am not ) I have spent the last half hour or so wading through the customer reviews of BUB products on Kaola.com
As far as I can see 97% + of all reviews were positive. In the case of Baby 3 powder there are close to a seven hundred reviews of which 98.2% are positive. I think by any measure this is a solid representation of customer satisfaction and endorsement.
I concede the numbers aren't stellar YET, however IMO they are suggestive of good times/sales ahead.
