Bulk manufacture here and packaging in China should work...I would be very interested to see how Bubs would approach ensuring Australian QA and regulatory standards are being met in China, but I see no issue with that process fundamentally, but it was true at a point that there were customer trust issues with this type of product from Chinese manufacturers.
