the childish "bickering" here about CFDA is frankly ridiculous.......

(a) to sustain ANY value BUBS needs CFDA and sales in china.
(b) the nulac CNCA accreditation is irrelevant, as its not for infant formula.
(c) BUBs has to nominate/settle/contract/announce with a CNCA manufacturer to make their product. They haven't done so yet
(d) ONLY the CNCA manufacturer can make the application for CFDA, BUBS doesn't make the application.
(e) because they haven't finalised on the manufacturer there IS no application at this time; once that application is made and accepted by CFDA (as evidenced by the application receipt number beginning with "Y" - that take about 3 weeks from lodgement) only then does the 4-6 month process of application approval commences
(f) ergo there can be no announcement on CFDA application/approval etc.
(g) there is no reason to suggest that once the CNCA manufacturer is chosen and the CFDA application has been made, that BUB wouldn't get the CFDA approval.

So until the CNCA factory is announced and until the CFDA application registration receipt is issued, there is NOTHING to talk about regarding CFDA........because the process hasn't even started
