The diary factory has the IF manufacturer over a barrel.
Similarly the diary farmer co-op has the IF manufacturer in a awkward position.
You need all three parties to agree or IF manufacturer to own the factory. Etc
You can throw in forth party being the distributor / retailer or stay onboard with daigous.
