My thought are BUB will try and unite or bridge part of a goat diary participates.
Ie cannery / factory, a few goat farmers, and IF manufactureres / retailers.

Probably goat diary is suited to Australia. Prime cow diary land needs to be a certain size. Lifestyle buyers of 2 hectare have for decades also competed for the land. Subdivision has occurred etc etc.
Goat diary may not be required to in the idealic, higher rainfall, areas. So thats a bonus. Intense goat dairy farming may have minor backlash from animal liberation group, but only if the media takes them to task. Very minor concern unless you are the indoor goat competing for grain feed etc.

If the grand plan is organised and announced, a CR is a certainty.
Also there is likely to still be 13 Aust and 13 NZ applications for CFDA infront of them.

Note some diary goat business will be happy not being part of Rudd and BUB.

BUB doent have enough cash on their own, so CR either way.
