While the manufacturing date is extremely important what Ray1988 said is correct, you can not compare the cow infant formula which will not have a manufacturing date of greater than 6 months yet.
Check the stage 1 goat formula, many shops are still selling the old stock packaging. Even chemist warehouse only just updated their online logo I believe for stage one
