Couple of things that really stand out to me on Bub's social media channels:
1) Very high engagement, comments included; and
2) Overwhelmingly positive - nearly 99% of the time there's some troll or Karen complaining about something on a brands social meda page. I haven't seen this on Bubs (yet).
Gives me a lot of confidence in the company when customers are happy to engage with the brand in a positive way.
