They should do targetted Youtube adsense for mum vloggers/baby oriented channels, perhaps promote the products on parenting forums. Reach out to instagram mummy influencers by giving them free stuff in return for exposure (they love this). Skip the radio most new mums are millenial demographic who probably stream spotify/apple music.
