You don't understand the markets. We pay for bad decisions of management. They don't care. They just dilute us until we're dry and they keep their jobs.
This is the worst managed SPP of recent times. I thought FXL was bad at $1.14, but they got all of their cash and now the SP is $1.01. BUB asked for $0.80 per share and now the SP is $0.71, however they are $10M short and likely to expand at a much slower rate or may have non cancellable commitments.
