When the shares will be issued at 45 cents . it will have a slight impact on share price..
For.example. BAL issued shares at 4.75 when there current share price was 6.75 approx.
On the day it was issued the share price fell by 7%
it would not drop any further than 53 cents if its issued at .60.. thats all.. why people making such a big deal as if its going to fall to 45 cents. Its certain shares at 45 cents versus issued shares alreast valued at 60 cents.. stop dreaming and but imo
