Agreed with you on dividends but not on the rest. Impossible to predict that its 'going to be years'...like me saying 'there's going to be profitable next year'....neither of us knows.
Also, no, its not quite a startup,...already been in business (privately owned/funded) for several years, already has several hundred thousand device manufacturing, established global agreements & distributers in HIV, malaria...that's not a startup.
Also the company is planning to triple its production rates by Jan2021...which I am sure you know from research done already...
