this is like benching the winger of the team when it should've been the halfback (ie brains /driving force of the operation). better quality candidate CEO's with stellar cv's out there ...with form on the board with regards to lending. they may cost an arm, leg...but def worth the investment...then give them free reign for 2-3 years, and more importantly, not answerable to the board....
results will follow.
