#1- Pity that they claim to bethe first BPNL and haven't taken advantage of being the first mover ,
- Like have not expandedand scaled theirproduct line fast to match APT/Z1p and likes in already existing market,
- Secondly,no announcements to expand and scale to bigger markets i.e USA and UK etc.
#2- growth of 8.8% predicted Vsindustry growing at 35%
#3 - Risk of operating, lack ofaction as per #1 IMO
#4- Dividend has been stable(5.3% Vs Industry Avdg of 4.8%), but some others have not paid dividend at all,and yet SP rising. Tech/IT stock people invest for CP more than Div ...IMO
#5 - how does that matter.......tryingto make an informed decision.......

What are the performancecriteria?????

If I were a board member, and interested in acquiring shares, I would buyin the market, but if the SP was >4.25, then surely would like to acquire at$2......IMO
