No I think oil will go to 150 as Bush prepares to leave, so after this pull back one more run on oil that's when QAN will go to $3 or 2.80, I think it is very likely it will test the 3.25 area at least.
But 3.37 has been a magic number for QAN in the past so a dead catter could be coming
