I think it will be a good test for market sentiment towards the company (if any left from before or new fresh blood..) Any other company who would come with a report like the one Ryder is doing now (giving it will be what I think it will be) would put a rocket under the share price (see:BKP), but with CTP Im not sure it will move the Share price to the height you are stating.

Unless... JH will wait with the report until PFC will announce drilling dates for the basin and put the attention towards the 'Georgina basin'.

Anyhow.... looks a bit better now then 4 months ago
