Agreed. Most of those in this stock with a "decent" position at much lower levels must be thinking of selling a few within the next couple of bucks higher to either rotate into something else, or like your son, purchase something nice like a home.
I'm hanging on until at least Cameco's purchase of the balance of GLE to 75% because that will hopefully bare fruit in the form of a much higher SLX price at or before that time and hopefully a divvy on the GLE sale.
I like to think that time is not so far off.
