Firstly...what will he learn that he doesnt already know about collingwood?

I would have thought his best avenue to a senior role would be to take up even an assistant role at another club.

Whos to ay Bucks is any good as a coach anyway.

The aother issue....he may end up like a Brereton or G Lyon....misses his chnace and never returns to the coaching ranks but stays in the media.

maybe thats what he wants.
